Alumni


Combined, the Public Affairs Leadership Program (PALP) and the Rural Leadership (RULE) Program have graduated more than 500 alumni who have gone on to become catalysts for change in their communities. The PALP program began in 1971 and included five classes. PALP accrued 259 graduates to their credit. RULE is currently in Class XIII mode, with 588 of alumni. RULE started in 1985.
